How do Pre Orders Work ?

ALL pre-orders will have a date next to them. (EX: 06/22- June 22nd)
That is not a guaranteed date. That date is given from the vendor to us. This date is the estimated date that the vendor will ship the item to us. So give or take a week to twoweeks after given date to receive your items from us. Pre order items are not available to ship Express due to the 1-2 week waiting period .Sometimes pre-orders come ahead of time, or right on time. In the event that a pre-order is late, we will reach out to notify you with further steps. 

IF your order contains more than just a pre-order item..

PLEASE email us at support@thewildj.com to have your other non pre order items shipped to you. OTHERWISE, we will ship your entire order once the pre-order item arrives. In order to ship separately, we will invoice you for separate shipping of $9.95. Once this is paid, we will ship out your regular, non pre order item(s). 

Not the right fit? You’ve got 15 days from delivery to request a size exchange or store credit. Returns must be unworn, with tags attached. (Final sale, jewelry, freshies & a few other items can’t be returned.)
