Return Policy

All returns must be initiated through our self-serve return portal.We do not process returns/exchanges through Facebook/Instagram.

15-Day Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date your items were delivered to initiate a return request for store credit (gift card via email) or size exchange through our self-serve return portal. Please ensure your return is processed and shipped within this 15-day window, or it will not be accepted , and you will be charged for exchange items items.

Non-Returnable Items (Not Eligible for Gift card or Size Exchange)

Quality Control Assurance:

All returns are subject to a thorough inspection process.Any items returned that are not in their original condition (e.g., no tags, worn, washed, covered in pet hair, stained, etc.) or are returned after the 15-day period will either be:

  • Returned to the customer at their expense, with a $9.95 return shipping fee.

  • Donated on the customer's behalf.

Loyal West Items:

For items purchased under the Loyal West brand, returns must include the original silk bag, attached tag, and warranty card. Failure to include these items will result in the return being rejected due to our inability to resell the product.

FREE EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT 

  • Instant Exchange: We offer a limit of 2 free exchanges. Any exchanges after this will be subject to a shipping fee .Your exchange will be ordered once item(s) are in transit. A hold for the full amount of the return will be placed on your credit card. If the item(s) from an Instant Exchange are not received within 15 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the card.

  • Store credit: issued via Gift Card sent to your email and can be used to make a future purchase. Your gift card will be issued upon receiving your return.
