Return Policy
(Store Credit & Size Exchange ONLY )
All returns must be initiated through our self-serve return portal.We do not process returns/exchanges through Facebook/Instagram.
Due to limitations with Facebook and Instagram's checkout system, we're unable to make any edits or price adjustments to orders placed through these platforms. This includes changes to items, sizes, shipping info, combining orders, or applying discounts after checkout. Please double-check everything before placing your order!
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date your items were delivered to initiate a return request for store credit (gift card via email) or size exchange through our self-serve return portal. The items have to start tracking within 14 days or the label will be voided. This also will include items being returned due to incorrect sizing or an item received damaged .
Return Shipping labels are automatically voided after 14 days.
International Returns
Some international returns cannot be processed through our online return portal. If you are unable to generate a return label through the portal, you will need to purchase one separately with the carrier of your choice. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label whether processed through our portal or outside of it. Always contact us at support@thewildj.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Instant Exchange: We offer 1 free exchange. Any exchanges after this will be subject to a shipping fee of $9.95 .Your exchange will be ordered once item(s) are in transit. A hold for the full amount of the return will be placed on your credit card. If the item(s) from an Instant Exchange are not received within 15 days, the full amount of the exchange will be charged to the card.

Store credit: issued via Gift Card sent to your email and can be used to make a future purchase. Your gift card will be issued upon receiving your return. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Customers are responsible to return shipping fee of $9.95 , this will be subtracted from your credit.

Quality Control Assurance:
All returns are subject to a thorough inspection process. Any items returned that are not in their original condition or are final sale (e.g., no tags, worn, washed, makeup stains, covered in pet hair, etc.) or are returned after the 14-day period will either be:

Rejected and sent back to the customer at your cost, or donated on your behalf
Important: Shoe boxes should not be used as the shipping container. They must be placed inside a separate box or poly mailer. Returns received with damaged or taped shoe boxes may be rejected or incur a fee for box replacement
