*We have a 2- 4 day processing time on top of shipping time, Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will not start processing till our following business day (Monday) this includes Express orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday*

Shipping Time (USPS or UPS FOR EXPRESS )

• Standard Shipping: $9.95, 5-7 business days.
• Priority Shipping: FREE on orders $150+, 2-4 business days.
• Express Shipping: $38, 1-2 business days (orders placed before 2 PM CST ship same day).
• Pre-order items are not eligible for express shipping.
• Important Note: Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by USPS delays, which are beyond our control.

Checking Your Order & Issues

• Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
• If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [support@thewildj.com]. We'll fix it!

International Shipping

Lost or Stolen Packages & Address Errors

• Lost/Stolen Packages:
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
• Incorrect Addresses:
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a $9.95 reshipment fee.
  • This fee will be invoiced via email.
