Affiliate Program Guidlines

Program Overview

The Wild J Affiliate Program is designed for creators who genuinely love the brand and want to share Wild J styles with their audience. Affiliates earn commission through their personal affiliate link by promoting Wild J products on their social media platforms.

Our goal is to build a community of creators who represent the Wild J brand while sharing authentic content with their audience.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Wild J Affiliate Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

  • Must follow The Wild J on all social media platforms

  • Must have a minimum of 1,000 followers on Instagram

The Wild J reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on brand alignment and overall account activity.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are expected to actively promote The Wild J and maintain a consistent presence while representing the brand.

Monthly Content & Engagement Requirements

Affiliates must complete the following each month:

  • 3 Instagram Stories featuring The Wild J products

  • 1–2 Instagram posts and/or TikTok videos showcasing Wild J styles

  • All content must tag The Wild J

Affiliates are also expected to support the brand by:

  • Engaging with The Wild J Instagram content through likes and comments

  • Maintaining an active presence while participating in the program

Content Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of the Wild J brand, affiliates must follow these content guidelines:

  • Do not associate The Wild J with political content or messaging

  • Do not feature competing or similar brand products in the same post as Wild J items

  • No hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content of any kind

  • Content should reflect a positive and authentic representation of the Wild J brand

If an affiliate is unsure whether content aligns with the brand, they are encouraged to request approval before posting.

Affiliate Activity Requirements

Affiliates must remain active in the program.

Accounts may be removed from the affiliate program if:

  • There are 3 or more consecutive months with no Wild J posts, engagement, or sales

  • Content guidelines or program policies are violated

  • The account no longer aligns with the Wild J brand

The Wild J reserves the right to remove affiliates from the program at any time if necessary.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn:

  • 10% commission on all qualifying sales made through their personal affiliate link

Commission is only applied to purchases made through the affiliate's tracked link.

The following purchases are not eligible for commission:

  • Sale or discounted items

Payout Schedule

Affiliate commissions are paid:

  • Weekly, every Tuesday

Affiliates may choose to receive payouts through:

  • Direct bank transfer

  • Store credit with The Wild J

Payment processing times may vary depending on the payout method selected.

Taxes & Financial Responsibility

Affiliates are considered independent partners and are responsible for their own taxes.

  • Affiliates will be required to complete a W-9 form upon joining the program

  • Eligible affiliates will receive a 1099-NEC at the end of the tax year if they meet IRS reporting requirements

The Wild J does not withhold taxes from affiliate payouts.

Affiliate tracking and dashboard access is available through the website chat system.

Performance Bonuses

Each month, the top three performing affiliates may receive performance-based rewards.

Possible rewards include:

  • Feature on The Wild J Instagram page

  • Increased commission percentage for the following month

  • A Wild J shopping spree

Bonuses are awarded at the discretion of The Wild J and based on performance metrics such as sales, engagement, and overall brand representation.

Program Changes

The Wild J reserves the right to update or modify the affiliate program policies, commission structure, or participation requirements at any time. Affiliates will be notified if significant changes occur.

Participation in the program indicates acceptance of these terms and policies.
