Do you collaborate with influencers/brand ambassadors?

Yes! We do collaborate, but all partnerships are by invitation only if we’re interested at this time, our team will reach out directly. Please avoid sending collaboration requests to our support email, as that inbox is dedicated to customer support only.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, we currently do not offer wholesale items.

Can I get a refund instead of store credit?

 We don’t offer refunds at this time. All approved returns are issued as store credit only. Your store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase online or in-store. Our full return policy is always available to read on our website, and it’s each customer’s responsibility to review it before completing a purchase.

Do you offer price adjustments on sale items?

No, we don’t offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale. Sale pricing only applies to orders placed during the promotion.

How Do Pre-Order Items Work?

All pre-order items will have an estimated release date listed (ex., 06/22 - June 22nd). Please note that this is not a guaranteed date, but rather an estimate provided by the vendor. This is the expected date that the vendor will ship the item to us, so please allow 1-2 weeks after the given date for us to receive and process your order. Not including weekends as we are closed.

Due to this waiting period, pre-order items are not eligible for Express shipping.

In some cases, pre-order items may arrive earlier than expected, or right on schedule. If there are any delays, we will reach out to notify you and provide you with further information.

Pre-Orders via Facebook & Instagram:

We do not recommend placing pre-order items through Facebook or Instagram checkout. These platforms may automatically cancel your order without notice if it’s not fulfilled within a set timeframe—which is completely out of our control. To avoid any issues, we strongly suggest ordering directly through our website.

All pre-orders are placed at your own discretion. The Wild J is not responsible for cancellations made by third-party platforms.

Why Does a pre order item Show "In Stock, Ready to Ship"?

This message may appear because we list pre-order items as available to purchase before they arrive at our warehouse. This allows you to secure the item in advance, but it does not mean the item will ship before the estimated release date. Please refer to the estimated date in the title for when the item is expected to ship.

Non-Cancellable Made-to-Order Items (pre order items)

Please be aware that some pre-order items are produced specifically for your order. These "made-to-order," privately ordered items, or orders placed via email for certain sizes cannot be canceled or refunded once your purchase is complete, as they were created just for you.

It is your responsibility to thoroughly read the product description for each pre-order item to verify its cancellation policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

What Happens If Your Order Contains Both Pre-Order and In-Stock Items?

If you'd like to receive your in-stock items sooner, we kindly ask that you place a separate order for the non-pre-order items. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we will hold the entire order until the pre-order item arrives.
