How do pre-order items work?

ALL pre-orders will have a date next to them.
That is not a guaranteed date. That date is given from the vendor to us. That is the estimated date that the vendor will ship the item to us. So give or take a week to two weeks after given date to receive your items from us. Sometimes pre-orders come ahead of time. In the event that a pre-order is running late, we will reach out to notify you. 

IF your order contains more than just a pre-order item..

PLEASE email us at support@thewildj.com to have your other items shipped to you. Once the pre-order item arrives, we will charge a separate shipping fee via invoice to ship the pre-ordered item to you. OTHERWISE, we will ship your entire order once the pre-order item arrives.
