Shipping policy

We have a 2- 5 day processing time on top of shipping time, Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will not start processing till our following business day (Monday) this includes Express orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday

We are closed for all Federal Holidays 

Delivery dates are subject to change due to circumstances within USPS, UPS, DHL. This is NOT in our control.

Due to limitations with Facebook and Instagram's checkout system, we're unable to make any edits or price adjustments to orders placed through these platforms. This includes changes to items, sizes, shipping info, combining orders, or applying discounts after checkout. Please double-check everything before placing your order!

  • $9.95, 5-7 business days.
  • FREE shipping on orders $120+, 2-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: $45, 1-2 business days (orders placed before 3 PM CST ship same day).
  • Pre-order items are not eligible for express shipping.
  • Important Note: Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by USPS or UPS delays, which are beyond our control.

Checking Your Order & Issues

  • Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
  • If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at [support@thewildj.com]. We'll fix it!
  • We cannot guarantee order cancellations after the 24-hour mark.

International Shipping

  • International Shipping Costs:
    • Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates.
    • Actual costs may vary based on package size and weight.
    • We will contact you with the final shipping cost and send an invoice for any additional charges.
  • Customs Fees:
    • You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by your country.
    • We are not responsible for these fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages & Address Errors

  • Lost/Stolen Packages:
    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. All packages are insured for the full amount, but we cannot guarantee that the carrier will approve the claim. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
  • Incorrect Addresses:
    • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
    • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be charged a $9.95 reshipment fee.
    • This fee will be invoiced via email.
