Shipping Delay

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE

THE WILD J IS MOVING TO TEXAS

Before placing your order, please take a moment to read the information below.

Wild J is currently in the process of moving our entire business from Louisiana to Texas. This is a complete relocation of our business to a different state, and we are currently packing up our entire operation to make the move.

Because of the size and scope of this move, shipping is temporarily paused. We will not be able to ship orders while our business is being packed, transported, and set up at our new location.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We expect the shipping delay to last approximately 2–3 weeks starting September 12th.

Please understand that this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed shipping date. Moving an entire business to another state involves a lot of moving parts, and we need to get our inventory, shipping supplies, equipment, and fulfillment area completely unpacked and operational before we can begin shipping again.

We will send an update as soon as we are fully set up and ready to resume shipping.

If you place an order during this period, your order will remain safely in our system and will be processed once shipping resumes.

NO SHIPPING UPGRADES OR RUSH REQUESTS

The Wild J does not offer express shipping at checkout, and we cannot add or arrange expedited shipping after an order has been placed.

Please do not email asking for a shipping upgrade, express shipping, rush processing, or for your order to be shipped sooner.

There are no exceptions during this period.

We will also not be responding to individual emails requesting shipping upgrades or rush requests, as we are unable to accommodate these requests.

ORDERS WILL SHIP AS WE RESUME FULFILLMENT

Once we are fully moved into our new Texas location and our shipping operation is up and running, we will begin working through orders as efficiently as possible.

We cannot arrange for individual orders to be the first to ship once we resume shipping. We will not be able to keep track of individual requests or accommodate special shipping instructions during this transition.

Our focus will be on getting our entire operation back up and running and getting orders out as efficiently as possible.

We want to be completely transparent before you place your order.

If you need your order by a specific date, please do not place an order during this shipping pause.

By placing an order during this period, you acknowledge that your order will be subject to the estimated 2–3 week shipping delay and that we cannot guarantee an exact ship date.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we take on this huge transition. Moving an entire business to a completely different state is no small task, and we are doing everything we can to make the move as quickly and smoothly as possible.

We are incredibly excited for this next chapter of Wild J and can't wait to get settled into our new Texas home and back to shipping your orders.
